Within the scope of our Customer Process Management services, we offer an integrated package of services for mobile telephony operators. Both aimed at operators with their own network (Mobile Network Operators) as well as at Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), who use a third party network (i.e. AH Mobiel, Hema, Ortel, Simyo and Sympac).

These services include:

1. The design, assembly and delivery of SIM packs.
2. The building, managing and exploitation of client databases (Campaign Management).
3. Managing the execution of all underlying processes, including credit check, customer care, provisioning, billing, fraud detection, dunning and collection.
