The processes that we carry out for our clients are based on the internationally recognised ITIL standard. ITIL is a set of best practices and a list of notions for managing IT means and processes. Just like Prince2, ITIL originally comes from the British Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA). Both methods describe the best practice with regard to their area of interest and stem from a process approach.
